1. Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
2. Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
3. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance the in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to meet these goals.
6. Maintain a strong floor presence to support the team.
7. Act as a liaison between the Head Office and the store.
8. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting CELINE's culture and values.
9. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements for all processes.
10. Oversee both front of house and back of house operations, including stock and store planning.
11. Ensure the proper execution of tasks related to the digitalization of the store.
12. Review team performance and potential, retaining top talent and recruiting new talent.
13. Create a positive work environment and develop team spirit.
14. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree

2. Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
4. High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
7. Talent for coaching and developing a team.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and sincerity.
9. Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in Retail Management within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
