- Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance the in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to meet these goals.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to support the team.
- Act as a liaison between the Head Office and the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements for all processes.
- Oversee both front of house and back of house operations, including stock and store planning.
- Ensure the proper execution of tasks related to the digitalization of the store.
- Review team performance and potential, retaining top talent and recruiting new talent.
- Create a positive work environment and develop team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
- Talent for coaching and developing a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and sincerity.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in Retail Management within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
