Store Manager

1. Partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store while driving a successful and profitable business.
2. Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver.
3. Instill a collaborative team-oriented relationship among the categories.
4. Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store and each category.
5. Monitor store performance by reviewing sales weekly.
6. Develop and evolve standardized staffing models.
7. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities.
8. Develop and create processes to review CRM strategy.
9. Identify and develop relevant trainings for selling RTW & Shoes.
10. Mentor and coach Assistant Store Director, Department Managers & Assistant Operations Manager.
11. Use Retail Pro and its inventory management functions.
12. Maintain positive relationships and business reports with corporate and regional offices.
13. Manage stock levels and ensure staff proficiency in P.O.S. systems.
14. Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources.
15. Responsible for staffing and recruiting functions.
16. Provide systematic induction and follow-up for new staff.
17. Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions.
18. Propose and develop event formats in cooperation with Senior Management and Marketing.
19. Adhere to grooming and styling standards.
20. Monitor store appearance and cleanliness.
21. Ensure key documents are kept in store.
22. Create staff work schedules and manage planning of holidays and absences.
23. Develop and empower associates towards achieving sales objectives.
24. Assist in facilitating solutions to customer issues.
25. Understand and explain store performance by category.

1. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting.
2. Experience in general store management, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
3. Multi-store management experience is a plus.
