CelineStore Manager

- Partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store while driving a successful and profitable business.
- Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver.
- Instill a collaborative team-oriented relationship among the categories.
- Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store and each category.
- Monitor store performance by reviewing sales weekly.
- Develop and evolve standardized staffing models.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities.
- Develop and create processes to review CRM strategy.
- Identify and develop relevant trainings for selling RTW & Shoes.
- Mentor and coach Assistant Store Director, Department Managers & Assistant Operations Manager.
- Use Retail Pro and its inventory management functions.
- Maintain positive relationships and business reports with corporate and regional offices.
- Manage stock levels and ensure staff proficiency in P.O.S. systems.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources.
- Responsible for staffing and recruiting functions.
- Provide systematic induction and follow-up for new staff.
- Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions.
- Propose and develop event formats in cooperation with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Adhere to grooming and styling standards.
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness.
- Ensure key documents are kept in store.
- Create staff work schedules and manage planning of holidays and absences.
- Develop and empower associates towards achieving sales objectives.
- Assist in facilitating solutions to customer issues.
- Understand and explain store performance by category.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting.
- Experience in general store management, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Multi-store management experience is a plus.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service oriented.

- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting with an emphasis on general store management.
