Celine Store Manager

- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and ensure profitability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Organize store activities, meetings, and prioritize actions to balance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance weekly, optimizing staffing models to align with store traffic.
- Develop CRM strategies in partnership with Regional Management to enhance customer relationships.
- Identify and implement training programs for staff development in collaboration with Regional and Retail Buyer.
- Oversee inventory management using Retail Pro and ensure staff proficiency in these systems.
- Maintain full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Manage staffing and recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Facilitate staff training and development, ensuring adherence to brand training programs.
- Ensure store appearance and grooming standards are maintained.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and documentation.
- Propose and develop event formats for collection previews in collaboration with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
