Celine Store Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff supervision, merchandise oversight, and customer service excellence.
- Achieve sales objectives while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards.
- Foster a motivated team environment and facilitate the professional development of associates.
- Ensure effective store organization and communicate any organizational changes.
- Engage in recruitment processes and provide systematic induction for new staff.
- Conduct monthly staff reviews and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and maintain high customer service standards.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
- Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Create staff schedules and manage planning of paid holidays and absences.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and enhance client relationships through clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service-oriented with strong social perceptiveness.
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
A minimum of 7-10 years in store management, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.
