- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Drive sales targets and client strategies, analyzing business performance and implementing action plans as needed.
- Maintain product integrity and manage merchandise replenishment and inventory.
- Ensure the store's visual display aligns with Celine's visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail management.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities across all levels.
- Strategic agility and business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and inventory management systems.
