1. Oversee store performance and stay informed about market trends.
2. Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
3. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset and achieve CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspire the team to achieve them.
6. Maintain a strong floor presence to support sales across all categories.
7. Act as the liaison between Head Office and the store.
8. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting CELINE's culture and values.
9. Ensure exceptional client experiences and handle delicate customer situations.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
11. Oversee stock and store planning, ensuring proper execution of digitalization tasks.
12. Demonstrate expertise in Power BI.
13. Evaluate team performance and potential to retain and recruit top talent.
14. Foster a positive work environment and develop team spirit.
15. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.

1. Master's or Bachelor's Degree

6. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate agility

9. Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and other languages is advantageous

A minimum of 5 years in Retail Management within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent experience is required.
