Celine Store Manager

- Oversee store performance and stay informed about market trends.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspire the team to achieve them.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to support sales across all categories.
- Act as the liaison between Head Office and the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences and handle delicate customer situations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
- Oversee stock and store planning, ensuring proper execution of digitalization tasks.
- Demonstrate expertise in Power BI.
- Evaluate team performance and potential to retain and recruit top talent.
- Foster a positive work environment and develop team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate agility
- Talent for coaching and developing a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and other languages is advantageous
A minimum of 5 years in Retail Management within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent experience is required.
Master's or Bachelor's Degree
