Celine Store Director

- Partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store while driving a successful and profitable business.
- Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver.
- Instill a collaborative team-oriented relationship among the categories.
- Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store.
- Monitor sales performance weekly by category.
- Develop and evolve standardized staffing models.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM strategy.
- Provide input on Front of House/Back of House opportunities.
- Identify and develop relevant training for staff.
- Maintain positive relationships and business reports.
- Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources.
- Propose and develop event formats with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Ensure store appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Create staff work schedules and manage planning of paid holidays.
- Develop and train associates to achieve sales objectives.
- Understand and explain store performance by category.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting.
- Experience in flagship or high-profile store management preferred.
- Multi-store management experience is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting with emphasis on general store management.
The compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
