Celine Store Director

- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a profitable business.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence, mentoring and solving problems proactively.
- Foster a collaborative team environment across various categories.
- Organize store activities, meetings, and priorities to balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer service.
- Monitor weekly sales performance and optimize staffing models to align with store traffic.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities to enhance customer relationships.
- Develop and implement training programs in collaboration with Regional and Retail Buyer.
- Manage full Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure inventory management and compliance with cycle/physical inventory requirements.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources on staffing and development.
- Oversee store appearance, ensuring adherence to grooming and styling standards.
- Develop and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer software and inventory management systems.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Problem-solving and mediation skills.
A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within a luxury retail environment, with a focus on general store management.
The annual salary ranges from $135,000 to $165,000, dependent on skills and experience.
