- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a profitable business.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence, mentoring and solving problems proactively.
- Foster a collaborative team-oriented environment across various categories.
- Monitor sales performance weekly and optimize staffing models to align with store traffic.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and develop CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.
- Provide feedback on store operations to improve sales and customer experience.
- Identify and implement relevant training programs for staff development.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and ensure accurate reporting to Senior Management.
- Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses.
- Implement retention initiatives and manage staffing and recruitment in collaboration with HR.
- Organize and propose event formats for collection previews with Senior Management.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Manage product category performance and ensure access to product support tools.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness and community involvement.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, with a focus on general store management.
The annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $155,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
