Celine Store Director

- Partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store while driving a successful and profitable business.
- Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver with a strong leadership presence.
- Instill a collaborative team-oriented relationship among the categories.
- Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store and each category, ensuring a balance between operational efficiencies, service, and customer experience.
- Monitor store performance by reviewing sales weekly for each category.
- Develop and evolve staffing models to align employee scheduling with store traffic and optimize sales potential.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities to improve customer relationships.
- Provide input on Front of House/Back of House opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Partner with Regional and Retail Buyer to identify and develop relevant trainings.
- Mentor and coach Assistant Store Director, Department Managers, and Assistant Operations Manager.
- Manage inventory and maintain proper SKU levels using Retail Pro.
- Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources for developmental opportunities.
- Responsible for staffing and recruiting, personnel matters, and building a management and sales succession bench.
- Develop and implement training sessions and career path initiatives.
- Propose and develop event formats in cooperation with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and monitor store appearance.
- Create staff work schedules and manage planning of paid holidays and absences.
- Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and managing raised complaints.
- Understand and explain store performance by category and ensure team access to product support tools.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Multi-store management experience is a plus.
- Computer literate and able to learn and use various software packages.

Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting with emphasis on general store management.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $155,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
