1. Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a profitable business.
2. Maintain a strong leadership presence, mentoring and solving problems proactively.
3. Foster a collaborative team-oriented environment across various categories.
4. Monitor sales performance weekly and optimize staffing models to align with store traffic.
5. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and develop CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.
6. Provide feedback on store operations to improve sales and customer experience.
7. Identify and implement relevant training programs for staff development.
8. Manage inventory using Retail Pro and ensure accurate reporting to Senior Management.
9. Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses.
10. Implement retention initiatives and manage staffing and recruitment in collaboration with HR.
11. Organize and propose event formats for collection previews with Senior Management.
12. Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
13. Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
14. Manage product category performance and ensure access to product support tools.

1. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
2. Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.

The annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $155,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
