1. Manage and track the dispatch and return of press samples for all markets.
2. Collaborate with stylists and press officers to fulfill shopping requests.
3. Reserve items using Launchmetrics and maintain the schedule.
4. Prepare press samples and arrange couriers for Paris and international shipments.
5. Generate necessary documentation such as packing lists and proformas.
6. Organize the return of press samples, including cleaning and repairs.
7. Respond to press requests for credits and visuals.
8. Maintain the showroom on a daily basis.
9. Assist with fashion shows and press presentations.
10. Support inventory and archiving of new collections.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in a press department is required.
3. Proficiency in FGPS (Launchmetrics) is advantageous.

6. Fluency in French and English.

A first experience in a press department is necessary.
