Celine Senior Manager, Clienteling

- Develop and execute the client activation calendar for each store, in collaboration with the Clienteling Director, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines and regional strategy.
- Implement the animation strategy and oversee event logistics, coordinating with regional and central teams to maintain Maison standards.
- Define targets for client actions, track event performance, and provide recommendations, including building performance reports at regional, store, and client advisor levels.
- Manage in-store event budgets, including all accounting and finance requirements, and oversee vendor setup and invoice processing.
- Conduct continuous benchmarking of competitors on client experience topics.
- Develop and implement unique client experiences to enhance the regional client database and support sales associates.
- Customize client treatment plans to recruit new clients and enhance existing client relationships.
- Manage gift stock for events and monitor the impact of initiatives at the local market and client level.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities related to client experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clienteling or CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction through enhanced services and processes.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize organizational success.
- Passion for retail and in-store experiences.
- Responsibility for meeting timeline deliverables.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire collaboration and excitement in stores.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in clienteling or CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
