CelineSenior Manager, Clienteling
CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to the LVMH Fashion group, with the ambition to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.
- Develop the client activation calendar per store in collaboration with the Clienteling Director.
- Create new in-store/out-store concepts aligned with Maison guidelines and regional strategy.
- Implement all events in partnership with regional and central teams, ensuring Maison standards are respected.
- Oversee logistical tasks such as vendor communication, inventory coordination, and on-site management.
- Define targets for each action, track event performance, and make recommendations.
- Build reporting to understand performance at regional, store, and client advisor levels.
- Manage in-store events budget process, including accounting and finance requirements.
- Conduct continuous benchmarking of competitors on client experience topics.
- Develop and implement custom experiences to elevate the regional client database.
- Customize client treatment plans to recruit new clients and support sales associates.
- Manage the stock of gifts according to occasions and animations.
- Support client identification for high-end events.
- Measure and monitor the impact of initiatives at the local market/client level.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities on client experience topics.
- First Clienteling/CRM experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment.
- Focused on customer satisfaction by improving services and processes.
- Strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
- Team player with a passion for field/stores.
- Responsibility for timeline deliverables.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
- Confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
Minimum 5 years of experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
