Celine Senior Manager, Clienteling

- Develop the client activation calendar per store in collaboration with the Clienteling Director, creating new in-store and out-store concepts aligned with Maison guidelines and regional strategy.
- Implement the animation strategy and oversee all events in partnership with regional and central teams, ensuring adherence to Maison standards.
- Define targets for each action, track event performance, and make recommendations, building reports to understand performance against objectives at regional, store, and client advisor levels.
- Manage logistical tasks such as vendor communication, inventory coordination, and on-site contact management.
- Oversee the in-store events budget process, including accounting, finance, vendor setup, and invoice tracking.
- Continuously benchmark competitors on relevant client experience topics.
- Develop and implement custom experiences to elevate the regional client database and support sales associates.
- Manage gift stock according to occasions and events, supporting client identification for high-end events.
- Measure and monitor the impact of initiatives at local market and client levels.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities on client experience topics.
- Over 5 years of experience in clienteling or CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial sense.
- Proven ability to focus on customer satisfaction by improving services and processes.
- Team player with a passion for field and store operations.
- Responsibility for timeline deliverables.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
- Confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration and excitement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
Minimum 5 years of experience in clienteling or CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
