1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in reaching their goals.
2. Welcome and enhance the client experience, advising clients across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit new clients.
4. Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
6. Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development and integration of newcomers.
9. Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate understanding of company policies.
10. Handle additional responsibilities such as stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales as needed.

1. Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably in a luxury environment. Proven experience in managing a multi-million client book through relationship building.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
