- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives service aligned with CELINE standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, supporting overall store performance.
- Enhance client experiences by advising across all product categories.
- Exhibit sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to foster long-term client relationships.
- Maintain and develop high standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate actively in team activities contributing to store objectives.
- Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist in daily store operations, including floor management and stock operations.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate understanding of company policies.
- Engage in additional responsibilities such as visual merchandising and after-sales, as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
