- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels including email and personalized notes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client book.
- Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong client book preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new software.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
