1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for sales results.
2. Welcome and enhance the experience of every client, advising them across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
4. Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all store activities contributing to overall objectives.
6. Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate a detailed understanding of company policies.
10. Depending on store needs, manage additional responsibilities such as stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $27-$31 per hour, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
