1. Mentor sales associates to enhance customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
2. Maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Assist in daily team supervision and support the Store Manager in team development.
4. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
5. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value.
6. Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
7. Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
8. Support visual merchandising efforts in collaboration with the Visual Manager.
9. Ensure effective utilization of POS systems and inventory management.
10. Administer accurate follow-up and paperwork.
11. Identify and address training needs in partnership with the store manager.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
3. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

2. Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
3. Customer service oriented with strong social perceptiveness.
4. Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).

Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury retail setting, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
