1. Achieve sales goals set by headquarters.
2. Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
3. Utilize client relationship resources effectively to provide elevated service.
4. Oversee floor supervision to optimize sales outcomes.
5. Assist sales associates with customer service issues and empower them to make customer-centric decisions.
6. Utilize the POS system and manage inventory functions efficiently.
7. Adhere to company policies during store opening and closing procedures.
8. Ensure inventory accuracy and meet shrink requirements.
9. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold merchandising standards.
10. Support the Regional Visual Manager in executing a compelling visual environment.
11. Conduct regular sales reviews and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
12. Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and meetings.
13. Supervise the team and enforce company policies in the absence of store management.
14. Identify training needs in partnership with the store manager.

1. 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
3. College degree or equivalent.

7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.

College degree or equivalent.

$27 to $32 per hour.
