- Mentor sales associates to achieve an elevated customer experience and meet sales objectives.
- Maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Assist with daily supervision of the sales team.
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales.
- Lead and empower the sales team to provide high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
- Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
- Support the Store Manager in team development and integration of newcomers.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of company policies.
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service daily.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues.
- Utilize POS system effectively for inventory management.
- Open and close the store following company policies.
- Administer follow-up and paperwork accurately and timely.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Partner with the Visual Manager to lead merchandising standards.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise the team and implement company policies.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service oriented with strong social perceptiveness.
- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Position requires a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
