1. Provide an exceptional level of customer service to clients.
2. Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
4. Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
5. Conduct follow-up calls for store events to existing and potential customers.
6. Assist in stock taking, replenishing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
7. Support merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
8. Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.

1. College degree or above.
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
3. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.

3. Tactful in handling customers and independent in work.
4. Possess a good fashion sense.
5. Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with retail or luxury industry backgrounds.

College degree or above.
