Celine Sales Advisor

- Contribute to sales development and monitor the achievement of sales objectives, motivating and communicating KPIs.
- Welcome and advise customers, ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Utilize client book and implement CRM strategies for personal and team use.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers, and train teams on new products and merchandise.
- Assist the Manager in maintaining visual guidelines.
- Minimize stock loss by supporting management with weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes, maintaining stock room standards.
- Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales service in line with company policies.
- Lead and inspire the team through briefings, training, and direct coaching.
- Instruct and supervise the team in operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest development ideas.
- Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH group.
- Embody the CELINE spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years in Sales and/or Customer Service role in the fashion or luxury sector.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience.
- Team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
Position requires a minimum of 3 years in Sales and/or Customer Service role in the fashion or luxury sector.
