1. Contribute to the development of sales and monitor the achievement of sales objectives.
2. Motivate and communicate KPIs to the team.
3. Welcome and advise customers, providing excellent customer service.
4. Utilize client book and implement CRM strategies.
5. Share product stories and expertise with customers and train teams on new products.
6. Assist in maintaining visual guidelines.
7. Minimize stock loss by supporting management in inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
8. Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
9. Handle customer complaints and after-sales service within company policies.
10. Lead and inspire the team through briefings, training, and coaching.
11. Supervise team in executing operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
12. Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest development ideas.
13. Act as an ambassador of CELINE and the group.
14. Embody the CELINE spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Minimum of 3 years in Sales and/or Customer Service role in fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Team spirit and taste for challenge.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years in Sales and/or Customer Service role in fashion or luxury sector.
