Celine Retail Training Manager

- Develop and facilitate training programs focused on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremonies.
- Evaluate the training and development needs of boutiques within the region.
- Collaborate with the Training Director to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
- Partner with Regional Directors and VPs to coach underperforming associates and evaluate the training level of all employees.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and support store openings.
- Provide floor support and spot coaching during travel throughout the network.
- Deliver post-training recaps to the Training Director and regional teams.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop seasonal product training.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to develop interactive and comprehensive training programs.
- Proficiency in assessing training needs and adapting content.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
A minimum of 5 years of training experience in the luxury sector is required, with a preference for candidates with retail experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
The compensation ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
