- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop engaging and informative seasonal collection trainings.
- Contribute to the production of the weekly retail store newsletter, ensuring clear and exciting communication.
- Help maintain training calendars and weekly training curriculums that reflect clear learning objectives for store teams.
- Conduct weekly tracking of Mystery Shopping visits.
- Monitor coaching participation rates among store leaders and produce reporting on findings.
- Track digital learning progress and completion rates among in-store teams.
- Maintain and systematically archive essential training resources.
- Manage the logistical organization and setup of in-person training sessions and new hire induction sessions.
- Support the logistical organization of retail store manager conferences.
- Must be an active student in the NYC area.
- Previous internship experience.
- A keen interest in education/training within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a paid internship. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $16.50 to $18.00.
