1. Analyze performance data for the Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category, including weekly reports and monthly updates on Fragrance Ambassadors' performance.
2. Coordinate 360° activations to support new product launches and boutique openings, ensuring effective internal communication.
3. Organize regular meetings and create seasonal newsletters for the Fragrance and Beauty ambassador community, updating them on performance challenges.
4. Conduct competitor analysis of luxury beauty brands during key commercial periods.
5. Prepare and participate in bi-monthly regional meetings, manage specific regional demands, and support the roll-out of the perfume engraving service.
6. Coordinate with various departments for specific needs and co-prepare important meetings such as the perfume committee, 3YP, and Budget meetings.
7. Lead a designated project from inception to completion.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/5 business school or university equivalent program.
2. Fluent in both English and French to effectively communicate with global regions.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze data and synthesize information.
3. Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 in business school or equivalent university program.
