Celine Retail Excellence Manager

- Lead continuous improvement projects for the SEA region and collaborate with local retail teams to enhance retail standards and performance.
- Oversee new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring operational efficiency and synergy across office and store environments.
- Maintain and update the retail handbook to align operational standards regionally and meet audit requirements.
- Implement and monitor security measures, ensuring accurate reporting and improvements following any incidents.
- Manage operations costs and liaise with vendors to ensure efficient spending.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by store teams.
- Oversee the order and inventory of non-merchandise materials to ensure timely replenishment and optimal usage.
- Coordinate maintenance works and night schedules between stores and contractors.
- Participate in bi-annual stock-takes, managing discrepancies effectively.
- Drive new initiatives to enhance retail operations and performance, including stock excellence and cross-selling strategies.
- Prepare monthly store commissions and incentives, and manage sales and KPI reports.
- Oversee manpower planning and staffing optimization to align with business needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Retail Management
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, business analysis, and KPI measurement
- Self-motivated with a sense of initiative and urgency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English
6 to 8 years of experience in retail operations and management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Retail Management
