1. Lead continuous improvement projects for the SEA region, collaborating with local retail teams to enhance retail standards and performance.
2. Manage new store openings and oversee operational arrangements for existing store refurbishments.
3. Ensure operational efficiency and synergy across offices and stores, maintaining and updating the retail handbook to align standards regionally.
4. Implement and monitor security measures, conducting investigations and reporting on abnormal events to ensure improvements.
5. Oversee operations costs and liaise with vendors to ensure efficient spending.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies by store teams and manage inventory of non-merchandise materials.
7. Coordinate maintenance works and manage ad-hoc projects including events and store initiatives.
8. Act as a business partner to retail management to drive operational standards and sales.
9. Prepare and manage reports, including sales and KPI reports, and drive initiatives to enhance retail operations.
10. Oversee manpower planning and staffing optimization to align with business needs.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Retail Management

1. Strong knowledge of retail operations and business analysis
2. Self-motivated with a sense of initiative and urgency
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficiency in Excel

6 to 8 years of experience in retail operations and management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Retail Management
