1. Conduct market research and price benchmarking for services and products.
2. Manage purchasing projects, including specification definition, supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract deployment, in close collaboration with brand stakeholders.
3. Participate in tender processes, assisting in drafting specifications, sending consultation files to suppliers, analyzing offers, making recommendations to stakeholders, and managing contracts.
4. Assist in developing the Indirect Purchasing map of the House.
5. Select and evaluate high-performing suppliers, coordinating with Compliance, CSR, Security, Legal, and Finance departments.
6. Support the management and reporting of the Purchasing department using implemented tools.
7. Regularly track actions and projects, measuring their performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
8. Propose new challenges to advance purchasing strategies within specific categories.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent university with a specialization in Purchasing.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Autonomous with a proactive approach.
3. Versatile and organized.
4. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent service orientation and communication skills.
6. Fluent in French and English.

A preliminary experience in purchasing is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
