Celine Production Supervisor

1. Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of continuous growth and skill enhancement.
2. Schedule daily tasks and communicate the work plan in collaboration with the Planning Department.
3. Monitor material availability in coordination with the Cutting and Warehouse departments.
4. Identify production bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for efficiency and performance optimization.
5. Plan and coordinate machine and tool improvements, repairs, and line reorganizations in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement department.
6. Actively support the Lean Manufacturing project.
7. Guide the team in adhering to and improving safety behaviors.
8. Prepare daily reports on efficiency, quality, and volumes, and share results with the team, colleagues, and production manager.

1. Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent experience in the quality field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing company.
3. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.

1. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
2. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
4. Ability to motivate and animate operators.
5. Role awareness and reliability.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing setting, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.

Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent experience in the quality field.
