Celine Production Supervisor

- Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of continuous growth and skill enhancement.
- Schedule daily tasks and communicate the work plan in collaboration with the Planning Department.
- Monitor material availability in coordination with the Cutting and Warehouse departments.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for efficiency and performance optimization.
- Plan and coordinate machine and tool improvements, repairs, and line reorganizations in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement department.
- Actively support the Lean Manufacturing project.
- Guide the team in adhering to and improving safety behaviors.
- Prepare daily reports on efficiency, quality, and volumes, and share results with the team, colleagues, and production manager.
- Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent experience in the quality field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing company.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and animate operators.
- Role awareness and reliability.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing setting, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.
Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent experience in the quality field.
