Celine Production Supervisor

1. Mentor and train team members to foster continuous growth and manage polyvalence projects to enhance technical skills.
2. Schedule daily tasks and communicate work plans with the team based on discussions with the Planning Department.
3. Collaborate with Cutting and Warehouse departments to ensure material availability.
4. Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
5. Plan and coordinate machine and tool improvements, repairs, and line reorganizations in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement department.
6. Actively support the Lean Manufacturing Project.
7. Guide the team to maintain and improve safety behaviors.
8. Prepare daily reports on efficiency, quality, and volumes, and share results with the team, colleagues, and production manager.

1. Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent experience in the quality field.

1. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
2. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to motivate operators.
4. Role awareness and reliability.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing company is required. Experience in the luxury or fashion business is advantageous.

Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent experience in the quality field.
