Celine Production Coordinator, Ready-to-Wear

1. Manage end-to-end production follow-up for the woven and knit Ready-to-Wear category, from production launch through delivery to the warehouse.
2. Establish and maintain production schedules; monitor progress with manufacturers and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
3. Place, validate and receive production orders (OFs) and supplier commands; pilot production priorities (OK production / OK fabricable).
4. Maintain and update bill of materials/nomenclatures in coordination with Purchasing and suppliers; track shipments and receipts of materials and components.
5. Oversee supplier relationships, act as primary contact for manufacturers, and coordinate technical support to resolve manufacturing and industrialization issues.
6. Monitor ASNs in the supplier portal and manage receipt discrepancies; validate supplier invoices and assist with subcontractor declarations and approvals.
7. Communicate weekly updated delivery schedules to stakeholders across buying, quality and development teams.
8. Support the Head of Production on transversal projects and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives.

1. Degree from a recognised fashion school or equivalent Bac+5 qualification (e.g., ESIV, IFM) or equivalent experience in fashion production.
2. Minimum 3 years' significant experience in Ready-to-Wear production management.
3. Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proven experience with product assembly knowledge and managing a supplier base.
5. Quality-minded with a sensitivity to product details and manufacturing standards.
6. Fluent English; working knowledge of Italian is appreciated.

At least 3 years' hands-on experience in production within Ready-to-Wear, including order management, supplier coordination and production planning.

Degree from a fashion school (ESIV, IFM) or equivalent Master's-level qualification (Bac+5) in fashion, product industrialisation or a related discipline.
