1. Coordinate sample movement, including logging and barcoding new collections in Launchmetrics.
2. Manage packing and recording of all sample movements in Launchmetrics.
3. Book couriers for domestic and international shipments.
4. Compile information and produce documents for international shipments, including commercial invoices.
5. Monitor all requests to ensure timely deliveries and returns.
6. Organize sample room and showroom spaces, ensuring clear organization and smooth processes for sample trafficking.
7. Archive past collections and manage existing archiving processes.
8. Monitor and collate all UK media coverage, including scanning and filing print coverage and clipping digital and social coverage for weekly reporting.
9. Maintain an up-to-date contact database within Launchmetrics.
10. Provide administrative assistance to the PR team.

1. Interest in public relations within the fashion industry.
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced press office environment is beneficial.
3. Experience using GPS Launchmetrics for contacts and samples.
4. Understanding of the UK media landscape.
5. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
2. Excellent IT skills.
3. Organized and proactive with a positive mindset.
4. Strong ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and detail.
5. Great team player with a willingness to learn and develop.

Beginner level experience in a press office environment is beneficial.
