1. Support the coordination of sample movement, including logging and barcoding new collections in Launchmetrics.
2. Pack and record all sample movements in Launchmetrics.
3. Book couriers for domestic and international shipments.
4. Collate information and produce documents for international shipments, including commercial invoices.
5. Monitor all requests to ensure timely deliveries and returns.
6. Organize sample room and showroom spaces, ensuring clear organization and smooth processes for sample trafficking.
7. Archive past collections and manage existing archiving processes.
8. Monitor and collate all UK media coverage, including scanning and filing print coverage and clipping digital and social coverage for weekly reporting.
9. Maintain an up-to-date contact database within Launchmetrics.
10. Provide administrative assistance to the PR team.

1. Interest in Public Relations within the fashion industry.
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced press office environment is beneficial.
3. Experience using GPS Launchmetrics for contacts and samples.
4. Understanding of the UK media landscape.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
2. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong IT skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and detail.
5. Team player with a positive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.

Previous experience in a fast-paced press office environment is beneficial.
