1. Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates through regular coaching and team meetings.
2. Oversee inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Serve as the acting leader of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
4. Implement brand guidelines and improve store processes to enhance customer service and retail operations.
5. Lead operational projects and support the store and headquarters during their implementation.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage store facilities.
7. Monitor and optimize store P&L to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about USA retail laws and health and safety legislation.
3. Demonstrable commercial acumen and a passion for customer service.

4. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions effectively.
5. Fluency in foreign languages is advantageous.

A minimum of five years of retail experience, including at least three years in a managerial capacity, is required.
