Operations Manager

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that is part of the LVMH group. The company aims to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide, seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and agile individuals to thrive in a demanding environment.

1. Support day-to-day operations and efficiencies in the Miami Design District store.
2. Implement brand guidelines and provide solutions to improve customer service and retail operations.
3. Identify key improvements and operational efficiencies to protect product assets and provide transparent reporting.
4. Support the Store Manager in driving best practices and optimum processes.
5. Conduct training for new hires and follow-up training on store operating systems.
6. Implement new policies and procedures to meet stock loss targets.
7. Lead operational projects and support store and HQ during launches.
8. Develop team understanding of key operational processes.
9. Support CRM team and Store Manager in client data management.
10. Develop forecasting tools for business planning.
11. Manage vendor/supplier relationships to reduce costs and improve services.
12. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
13. Monitor P&L aspects to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

1. Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.

1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
2. Strong team player with high levels of motivation.
3. Knowledge of USA Retail Laws, security, and Health and Safety Legislation.
4. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
5. Strong commercial acumen.
6. Passion for customer service and sales floor focus.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
9. Proactive problem-solving approach.
10. Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
11. Willingness to work retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a management role.
