Celine Operations Manager

- Identify and implement key improvements and operational efficiencies to safeguard product assets and enhance customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in driving best practices and optimal processes.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training on store operating systems.
- Lead operational projects and support store and headquarters during launches.
- Develop forecasting tools for accurate business planning in sales, stock, and payroll projections.
- Manage vendor relationships to reduce costs and improve services.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations across all stores.
- Monitor P&L to enhance cost efficiency and store effectiveness.
- Minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
