Celine Operations Manager

- Oversee daily operations and enhance efficiency at the Woodbury Commons boutique.
- Implement brand guidelines and propose solutions to improve customer service and retail operations.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies to protect product assets and provide transparent reporting to the Store Manager.
- Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training on store systems.
- Support stock management and implement policies to minimize stock loss.
- Lead operational projects and support their launch in collaboration with HQ.
- Develop tools for accurate business planning related to sales, stock, and payroll.
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and services.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Monitor P&L to enhance cost efficiency in the store.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Control team for accurate reporting and inventory management.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of USA Retail Laws and Health and Safety Legislation.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years in retail, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, dependent on skills and experience.
