1. Oversee daily operations and enhance efficiency at the Woodbury Commons boutique.
2. Implement brand guidelines and propose solutions to improve customer service and retail operations.
3. Identify and address operational inefficiencies to protect product assets and provide transparent reporting to the Store Manager.
4. Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training on store systems.
5. Support stock management and implement policies to minimize stock loss.
6. Lead operational projects and support their launch in collaboration with HQ.
7. Develop tools for accurate business planning related to sales, stock, and payroll.
8. Manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and services.
9. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
10. Monitor P&L to enhance cost efficiency in the store.
11. Collaborate with the Inventory Control team for accurate reporting and inventory management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Comprehensive understanding of USA Retail Laws and Health and Safety Legislation.
4. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
6. Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
7. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Proactive problem-solving skills.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years in retail, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, dependent on skills and experience.
