1. Assist the project manager in defining the scope, design, and implementation of enhancements to the Omnichannel mobile application.
2. Coordinate with Omnichannel and Retail teams to understand sales team needs and translate them into application features.
3. Support synchronization among stakeholders, including Retail and technical teams.
4. Create internal communication materials to facilitate project understanding and tool usage.
5. Participate in defining requirements for new functionalities and in testing and validating implemented features.
6. Support regional teams in launching new applications or features and monitor their usage.
7. Develop and maintain training documents for regional teams, ensuring adoption of new functionalities.
8. Address user challenges and ensure comprehension of the application.
9. Produce weekly reports on application usage and performance, collaborating with Business Intelligence teams for automated reporting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Proficiency in data analysis.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for digital technologies and the luxury fashion industry.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Prior experience in retail, CRM, or e-commerce within the luxury sector is appreciated.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in relevant fields.
