1. Assist in maintaining and generating weekly sales reports, preparing sell-through reports, and compiling seasonal qualitative collection feedback.
2. Support the Merchandising team with ad-hoc analysis as required.
3. Facilitate all merchandising communications for stores, including weekly newsletter updates, seasonal selling tools, and product knowledge.
4. Prepare recaps on the competitive landscape, including competitor pricing, trends, and market activities.
5. Assist during seasonal Buying Markets by compiling premarket analysis, maintaining buy sheets, and performing ad-hoc analysis.
6. Aid in transferring and consolidating products across the region and follow up on product deliveries.
7. Support the Leather Goods team in moving merchandise between stores for exotic caravans.

1. Active student in the NYC area pursuing an MBA or Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management or Fashion.
2. Minimum of 2 years of work or internship experience.
3. Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.

1. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of the overall business, capable of proposing options and solutions.
2. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and other software packages for creating reports and analytics.
3. Passion and sensibility for the fashion and luxury-goods industry.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability for independent and creative problem-solving.
6. Excellent organization and time management skills, capable of managing tight deadlines and multitasking.
7. Proficient in retail math.

A minimum of 2 years of work or internship experience is required, with experience in the luxury or fashion business considered a plus.

Active student in the NYC area pursuing an MBA or Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management or Fashion.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
