1. Conduct weekly performance reports and analyze key indicators.
2. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
3. Prepare monthly meetings with regional teams.
4. Conduct competitive analysis, focusing on new product launches and seasonal themes.
5. Perform ad-hoc studies and analyses.
6. Manage data, update product information, and prepare collection tracking tools.
7. Participate in showroom sessions and assist merchandisers during buying sessions.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in retail or collection merchandising is preferred.

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team dynamic.
4. Fluency in English.

Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in retail or collection merchandising, though this is not mandatory.
