1. Coordinate with HQ Social to ensure timely delivery of global assets and oversee the validation process from start to finish.
2. Collaborate with local agencies to manage caption translations, asset distribution, and preview setup.
3. Liaise with local media agencies to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
4. Manage and consolidate weekly social media performance reports.
5. Compile and present monthly market updates to support strategic insights.
6. Support all PR events and activities.
7. Process departmental POs and invoices with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
8. Provide comprehensive support to the PR department, including sample management and day-to-day operational assistance.

1. Diploma holder or undergraduate

1. Passion for the luxury fashion business, with an interest in media, public relations, and digital communications.
2. Self-driven, proactive, and efficient with strong attention to detail.
3. Team player with a positive work attitude.
4. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office.

Beginner level experience in media, public relations, or digital communications is preferred.

Diploma holder or undergraduate
