Celine Maintenance Technician

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment according to scheduled timelines and quality standards.
2. Maintain and inspect plant machinery and systems, including rotating tools, presses, skiving/splitting machines, grooving machines and sewing machines.
3. Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with safety regulations and company policies.
4. Support layout adjustments and reconfiguration of production areas and offices when required.
5. Collaborate closely with production and continuous improvement teams to sustain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

1. Diploma as an electrotechnical or mechanical technician, or equivalent hands-on experience in maintenance.
2. Minimum three years' experience in maintenance roles within industrial or production environments; experience in luxury/fashion manufacturing is a plus.
3. Versatile competence across electrical and mechanical disciplines with proven preventive and corrective maintenance practice.
4. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
5. Practical workshop skills and familiarity with shopfloor tooling.
6. Strong problem-solving aptitude, organisational discipline and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
7. Effective team player who can also work autonomously; meticulous and proactive approach to tasks.
8. Fluent Italian; working knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
