1. Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents in both French and English, and participate in negotiations when necessary.
2. Conduct legal research and contribute to the drafting of notes and consultations for operational teams.
3. Maintain and update the contract management tool.
4. Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation processes globally, including preparation of documents and analysis of legal acts.
5. Conduct legal monitoring and draft a monthly newsletter.

1. Master's degree in Private Law or Business Law, ideally complemented by an LLM.
2. Passing the entrance exam to the French Bar School (CRFPA) is an advantage.

1. Dynamic and organized with a strong sense of teamwork.
2. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
3. Autonomous with a strong initiative and synthesis ability.
4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases.

A minimum of 6 consecutive months of internship or an apprenticeship in a legal department or law firm, either in France or abroad.

Master's degree in Private Law or Business Law.
