Celine Leather Goods Production Supervisor

- Lead day‑to‑day operations of one or more leather‑goods production lines, assigning daily goals and ensuring adherence to the production plan.
- Coach, mentor and train line operators; implement polyvalence projects to broaden technical capabilities across the team.
- Monitor and report daily on efficiency, quality and volumes; analyse results and share insights with the team, production manager and cross‑functional partners.
- Coordinate material availability with Cutting and Warehouse departments and escalate shortages to Planning when necessary.
- Identify bottlenecks using data‑driven analysis and implement corrective actions to optimise throughput and performance.
- Plan and supervise machine/tool maintenance, repairs and line reorganisations in collaboration with Continuous Improvement and technical teams.
- Drive and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects on the shop floor.
- Promote and enforce health & safety standards, providing guidance to improve safety behaviours among operators.
- Master’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in a Quality/production role.
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; previous experience in luxury or fashion production is a strong advantage.
- Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate and develop production teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated competence in multitasking, organisation and process improvement.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in industrial or manufacturing settings with responsibility for production targets and team management. Experience in luxury leather‑goods or fashion production is preferred.
Master’s degree in engineering or economics, or equivalent professional experience in a Quality/Production field.
