1. Conduct detailed analysis and mapping of production cycles to identify waste and inefficiencies.
2. Participate in time measurement and analysis activities using standard methodologies.
3. Contribute to the definition and implementation of solutions for work method optimization and line balancing.
4. Collaborate in the creation and updating of standard operating instructions and best practices.
5. Support continuous improvement projects and the introduction of new technologies/methodologies.
6. Assist in drafting reports and documentation related to analyses and projects.

1. Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Industrial Engineering.

1. Strong interest in production processes and industrial optimization.
2. Developed analytical and logical skills with a problem-solving orientation.
3. Precision, attention to detail, and reliability.
4. Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
5. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
7. Fluent in Italian and good command of English.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Industrial Engineering.
