1. Assist the image team by conducting thorough visual and textual research to ensure relevance and accuracy for upcoming projects.
2. Coordinate and organize images for high-quality internal presentations and comprehensive image reviews.
3. Provide active support on photo and video shoots, assisting with logistical and practical needs to ensure smooth operations.
4. Collaborate with the Image Project Managers, Object, and Environment teams to provide logistical and administrative support on image-related needs.
5. Fulfill various administrative requests from the Image Directors, including organizing assets and preparing documentation.

1. Fully fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Demonstrated working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for visual detail and consistency.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
2. Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
