- Lead retail HR activities across North America, focusing on development, retention, employee relations, reporting, and analysis.
- Support, mentor, and counsel managers across the retail network and headquarters.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
- Ensure employee compensation aligns with budget and market benchmarks through strategic guidance.
- Oversee employee relations, including harassment claims, investigations, and compliance with employment laws.
- Drive people development initiatives, including onboarding, workforce planning, and high-potential employee programs.
- Implement learning and development activities to enhance skills and performance management.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support effective sourcing and assessment of talent.
- Liaise with European HR teams and LVMH Inc. to align HR strategies.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing and developing HR teams.
- Expert knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels, including senior leadership and retail associates.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
$170,000 - $200,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
