Celine HR Manager

- Collaborate with management and employees to reinforce the LVMH Group and Celine Mindset, enhancing working relationships and fostering loyalty.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting employees and promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Provide daily support to managers and employees, addressing any issues or critical situations.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality hires and efficient induction plans.
- Develop and manage Employer Branding activities at both local and Group & Brand levels.
- Lead Diversity & Inclusion projects, promoting measures to expand D&I culture.
- Supervise general services activities, including canteen, car fleet, cleaning, company events, and external visits.
- Support and manage transversal projects at Company and Brand level, in synergy with HR Group Networking.
- Maintain relationships with internal trade unions, conduct monthly meetings, and handle litigation and disciplinary matters.
- Manage the budget for each area of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listening and understanding
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong initiative and autonomy
- Teamwork, proactivity, and flexibility
- Problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS Systems)
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR field in a role of responsibility, with experience in the luxury/fashion business being advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR field
