Celine HR Manager

1. Collaborate with management and employees to reinforce the LVMH Group and Celine Mindset, enhancing working relationships and fostering loyalty.
2. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting employees and promoting a culture of collaboration.
3. Provide daily support to managers and employees, addressing any issues or critical situations.
4. Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality hires and efficient induction plans.
5. Develop and manage Employer Branding activities at both local and Group & Brand levels.
6. Lead Diversity & Inclusion projects, promoting measures to expand D&I culture.
7. Supervise general services activities, including canteen, car fleet, cleaning, company events, and external visits.
8. Support and manage transversal projects at Company and Brand level, in synergy with HR Group Networking.
9. Maintain relationships with internal trade unions, conduct monthly meetings, and handle litigation and disciplinary matters.
10. Manage the budget for each area of responsibility.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR field

6. Problem-solving abilities
7. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS Systems)
8. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR field in a role of responsibility, with experience in the luxury/fashion business being advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR field
