1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities: draft and post job adverts, screen CVs, coordinate and participate in interviews, and perform reference checks.
2. Manage onboarding processes for new hires, prepare required documentation and coordinate integration activities on-site at the production facility.
3. Respond to employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations, providing guidance on company policies, procedures and benefits.
4. Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement and HR operational effectiveness.

1. Degree in humanities, economics, or law; specialization in human resources preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
3. Strong organisational skills, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
4. Discretion and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
