- Support the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with the accounting and FP&A teams.
- Prepare journal entries and accruals, including inventory and expenses.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify key financial drivers.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial deliverables such as P&L by channel and store, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts.
- Collect and consolidate financial data from various departments.
- Maintain and update reports in the budgeting system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
- Prepare performance reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Support financial analyses related to retail performance, investment tracking, and profitability.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and financial tool enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or similar finance functions.
- Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Cegid, and Dynamics is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software, including PowerPoint.
- Superior organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
0–2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or similar finance functions. Retail knowledge is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in finance.
The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
