1. Support the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with the accounting and FP&A teams.
2. Prepare journal entries and accruals, including inventory and expenses.
3. Conduct variance analysis to identify key financial drivers.
4. Assist in preparing monthly financial deliverables such as P&L by channel and store, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
5. Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts.
6. Collect and consolidate financial data from various departments.
7. Maintain and update reports in the budgeting system.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
9. Prepare performance reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
10. Support financial analyses related to retail performance, investment tracking, and profitability.
11. Participate in process improvement initiatives and financial tool enhancements.

1. Bachelor's degree in finance.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
3. 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or similar finance functions.
4. Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Cegid, and Dynamics is preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software, including PowerPoint.
2. Superior organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

0–2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or similar finance functions. Retail knowledge is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in finance.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
