1. Coordinate and manage maintenance and repairs for retail locations across North America, including standalone boutiques and department store concessions.
2. Collaborate with store planning teams to address maintenance issues promptly and manage punch lists for new store openings.
3. Develop and maintain facility plans, ensuring efficient response to maintenance concerns and scheduled work.
4. Source, contract, and oversee external facility service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
5. Ensure timely procurement of equipment and parts, working closely with IT and store planning teams.
6. Maintain comprehensive records of floor plans, specifications, materials, and preferred vendors for each store.
7. Conduct on-site reviews to verify correct installation of repairs and layout improvements.
8. Collaborate with retail and operations departments to align on business needs and execute projects effectively.
9. Lead store teams in project management for store openings, expansions, and renovations.
10. Develop cost-effective maintenance strategies and operational improvements for retail facilities.
11. Manage the facility cost budget for the store portfolio, aligning with planned activities.
12. Work with external vendors and consultants as necessary to ensure best business practices.
13. Enhance efficiency by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
14. Align operational expectations for freestanding stores and department store concessions with the retail operations team.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Administration or equivalent experience preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Service Channel or similar ticket platforms.
2. In-depth knowledge of construction and millwork standards for luxury retail environments.
3. Strong vendor management skills, particularly in HVAC, construction, and maintenance.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
5. Ability to transition seamlessly from creative design to management tasks.
6. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
7. Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Understanding of labor laws in the US and Canada with strong HR sensibility.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail facilities role, with experience managing luxury and specialty retail and wholesale projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Administration or similar experience preferred.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, dependent on skills and experience.
