Celine Department Manager

- Lead the department/store in delivering an authentic client experience while ensuring maximum profitability.
- Achieve and maintain operational excellence across all areas of the department/store.
- Foster commercial awareness and cultivate connections with the local client base, collaborating with regional and corporate teams to ensure departmental success.
- Promote and sustain a strong team spirit, leading and coaching the team to enhance brand and product awareness.
- Identify and communicate individual and team training needs to the Training & Retail Manager.
- Conduct monthly individual performance reviews and plan staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal store coverage.
- Ensure exceptional client service during the selling ceremony and support the team in building client relationships.
- Drive sales targets, KPIs, and client strategy, analyzing business performance and proposing action plans.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure appropriate stock levels and product assortment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store functional maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in the responsible department.
- Sincerity and attentive receptiveness to others.
- Agility in idea generation and inventive pragmatism.
- Empathy and keen observational skills.
- Exemplary advisory abilities and customer service acumen.
- Energetic and unifying team spirit.
- Business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
