1. Conduct in-depth legal research and maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory developments.
2. Contribute to drafting and updating internal policies and procedures.
3. Assist in the preparation of legal memos and presentation materials.
4. Develop monthly legal newsletters.
5. Provide operational support in due diligence procedures.
6. Participate in updating and maintaining the data processing activities register using One Trust.

1. Enrolled in a law program or holding a Master's degree in Compliance or Data Protection.
2. Mandatory knowledge of Sapin II, AML, International Sanctions, and GDPR regulations.

1. Dynamic and organized with strong teamwork abilities.
2. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
3. Autonomous with a proactive and analytical mindset.
4. High sense of confidentiality and discretion.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).

A minimum of 6 consecutive months in an internship or apprenticeship in Compliance and Privacy within a legal department or law firm, either in France or abroad.

Law student or Master's degree holder in Compliance or Data Protection.
