Celine Clienteling Trainee

1. Coordinate all network events in collaboration with the Clienteling team, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines and regional strategy.
2. Support the execution of the animation strategy, implementing events in partnership with regional and central teams, and overseeing logistical tasks.
3. Build and analyze reporting to understand performance against objectives at regional, store, and client advisor levels.
4. Track inventory, materials, and samples, creating post-event recaps and archiving event photos and communication tools.
5. Ensure continuous benchmarking of competitors on relevant client experience topics.
6. Support the retail team in offering personalized experiences for customers and organizing client treatments during high-end events.
7. Manage the stock of gifts according to occasions and in-store/out-store animations.
8. Monitor market trends and competitive activities on various client experience topics.

1. Must be an active student in the NYC area.
2. Keen on Clienteling/CRM experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment.
3. Strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
4. Team player with a passion for field/stores.
5. Responsibility for timeline deliverables.
6. Analytical skills with an ability to translate results into actionable insights.
7. Confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration and excitement.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment.

Must be an active student in the NYC area.

The compensation for this position is $20 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
